Roundtable with Capitol Hill Bloggers

Please join us at the next Democratic Communicators Roundtable event where we will be joined by Capitol Hill bloggers who cover a wide range of hill beats. This event will provide hill flacks an opportunity to meet a number of bloggers in an informal setting in order to learn about the best way to pitch stories, what makes a good news hook, basic dos and don’ts, etc.

We are expecting bloggers from Open Left, America’s Voice Online, RH Reality Check, Congress Matters, Wonk Room, Media Matters and more. This will be a good opportunity for both new and seasoned press secretaries and communications directors to meet these bloggers for the first time or build on existing relationships. We will have a round-robin session to enable everyone to meet as many of the bloggers as possible.
