Will You Serve on the Democratic Communicators Network Board?
February 1, 2013
Many thanks to the 2012 Executive Board (below) for planning DCNet’s roundtables, workshops, mentoring program, speakers series and happy hours. Hundreds of communicators from the House, Senate, Administration and off the Hill participated in these events over the past year.
Will you help DCNet continue to offer valuable networking and professional development opportunities?
DCNet is now accepting submissions from current Democratic House, Senate or Administration communications staffers for the new Executive Board term, which runs through the end of February 2014.
If you are interested in serving, please send the following information by Friday, February 22, 2013:
1. Your name, title and office
2. The names and offices of at least 5 Democratic House, Senate or Administration communications staffers who support your nomination,
3. A statement (100 word max) of why you believe you are qualified to serve and your programming ideas.
A list of candidates will be sent to all DCNet members for online voting the next week.
